Associate’s degree with major course work in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field preferred. ![]() Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.Manage tasks with timely follow-up per policies, which involve interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers and other vendors.Connect members to appropriate area(s) both internally and externally.Determine and execute the best resolution to assist the member based on their needs or requests.Verify/Collect demographics and update systems as necessary.Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous and professional manner.Answer a variety of incoming calls from members regarding their healthcare questions and other inquiries the member may have.It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Employees have flexibility to work any of our 8.5 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00 am -10:00 pm EST). This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
